Overview
LINNÉ is an ethically crafted skincare line formulated exclusively from superlatively sourced plants and minerals. Their hard-working yet gentle products effectively address a range of skin concerns, including but not limited to acne, dehydration, inflammation, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity and premature aging.
The Goal
When we first spoke with LINNÉ, they were a small team with limited bandwidth looking to reach a wider audience and increase DTC revenue. They had run very limited social ads and were sending infrequent email communications, so needed our assistance to become more strategic and consistent with their marketing efforts.
The Strategy
We knew that brand aesthetic was important to LINNÉ, so the Milked Media team did an extensive deep dive into the brand and target audience before developing our ad and email creatives. We launched the brand's very first ads and were able to generate an average 3.33 ROAS. We also transitioned this client from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, where we implemented weekly email campaigns and our 12 revenue generating flows. On average, they see 40% of their total revenue coming from email marketing every month.
