Overview

 

Mantra is the original inspirational jewelry brand. Their mission is to inspire and empower with positive messages. Their pieces are reminders to choose happiness, to live what you love and to be present in every moment. What started with 5 mantras is now a collection of 150+ phrases meant to promote a lifestyle of optimism, positivity, and mindfulness.


The Goal

 

When Mantra first came to us, their main goal was to increase performance in their ad account. They knew that in order to do so, they needed to partner with an agency who could help them uplevel their creative strategy and develop a more cohesive marketing strategy. They wanted to be more strategic in the ad account and better understand what tests are leading to what results.


The Strategy

 

We knew with an already strong brand presence, that we could help take Mantra to the next level by producing new photo and video assets to use in the ad account. We knew that with these new assets and our ad creative team, that we could bring a fresh approach to their Meta and Pinterest ad accounts. In addition, the accounts had way too many campaigns running, so we consolidated the account for best results.


The RESULTS

 

Overall Shopify revenue increased by 9.09% and new customer revenue increased by 6.64%. Our Marketing Efficiency Ratio (total revenue/total spend) increased by 18.84% and our New Customer MER also increased by 15.74%. YoY, we were able to increase FB ROAS 63.11% and decrease our Cost Per Acquisition by 35.12%. Since we launched on Pinterest, we increased ROAS 56.41% from 1.17 to 3.00. Google ROAS increased by 9.31% from 2.76 to 3.02 and we saw a 8.93% increase in AOV, 33.24% increase in conversion rate, and 33.10% increase in click through rate.
