Since 1969, Maxfield LA has offered original and rare collections of furniture, art and jewelry that interplay with avant-garde fashion from innovative designers, many who begin their ascent to the world stage at Maxfield. The boutique store situated at 8825 Melrose Avenue has a curated collection of the best designers on the globe. Once you are inside you will have to discern if you are in a showroom, an art gallery, a jewelry store, a furniture store, a clothing boutique, a shoe store, a premium leather bag store, a home goods store, or a rare book store. Over the past fifty years the store has evolved into an archetype of aesthetic expression.

The Goal

Maxfield LA is historically known for its store in the West Hollywood Design District. They only first built their website and accompanying online store in 2020 due to COVID. E-commerce was really a new realm for them, but they knew that in order to be successful online, they would need a well thought out paid media and content production strategy in place.

The Strategy

We partnered with Maxfield on content production to develop lifestyle photo and video assets that were unique to them vs. the content they would receive from the designers they sell. We were strategic about the shots we got with the goal of converting in the ad account. We recommended Meta and Google as the best platforms for them to advertise on for best results.

The RESULTS

We developed high converting photo and video assets that we were able to launch with in the ad accounts. Total Shopify revenue increased by 76.02%, with a 78.87% increase in new customer revenue. We increased FB/IG ad spend by 81.05%, which resulted in a 101.46% increase in ad revenue and a 11.27% increase in ROAS on the platform. We also saw much higher click through rates on FB/IG, increasing our CTR by 138.04% and decreasing our cost per click by 54.04%. We launched on Google with amazing results at a 8.58 ROAS!
